2 avocados, stoned, peeled and roughly chopped
5 carrots, trimmed
2 celery sticks
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cm fresh ginger root, finely chopped
200ml soya milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
Basil leaves to garnish
Push the carrots and apple through a juicer. Put all the other ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix. Serve immediately.
